Clawdaddy is a foam-covered crab that's found in the game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, it's GBA remake, and Yoshi's New Island, Yoshi's Woolly World and Yoshi's Crafted World. It takes 3 eggs or a ground pound to defeat it.

Clawdaddy makes their debut in the level Prince Froggy's Fort it walks on one side of the ground however when it spots Yoshi it will begin rushing towards him once it gets close enough it attacks by enlarging one of it’s claws followed by lunging, pinching or spinning it around this will damage Yoshi if he is hit by any of their attacks it can be defeated by throwing three eggs at or a ground pound.
Clawdaddy reappears in Yoshi's New Island unlike in the previous game they have a new attack instead lunging, pinching or spinning their claw around when they see Yoshi it turns bright red before charging at him once it reaches him or the end of the platform it attacks rotating their claw in addition their foam can be removed which reveals a squarish body while in this state it attacks by slamming their claw on the ground it can be defeated by jumping on it, throwing an egg or a ground pound a boss variant known as King Clawdaddy also appears in this game.
Clawdaddy once again appears in Yoshi's Woolly World they are once again redesigned this time their body resembles plaid purses and their claws are sewing clippers when it spots Yoshi it takes out a bigger pair of sewing clippers before rushing towards him like in previous games it can be defeated with a ground pound as well as six watermelon seeds, jumping on it three times or once when it stunned with a yarn ball.
Clawdaddy reappears in the Yoshi's Crafted World they once again reprise their behavior from Yoshi's New Island they are only found in the level Bombs Away on Pirate Island.
