Dizzy Dandies are mad flower enemies that are found in the game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS (one of the rarest enemies). When Yoshi or your Yoshi throws an egg at them, they start laughing and drop down to the ground attacking any enemies in their path.
Dizzy Danzies looks very alike to the Smiley Flowers, with the only difference beeing their smile and malicious face, and if the player is not paying attention, they could easily jump right into it thinking it is a Smiley Flower to collect and get damaged as a result.
