Lantern Ghost Grotto is the fifth level of World 2 found in Yoshi's New Island. It's a network of underground caves with many Lantern Ghosts.
Layout
Yoshi starts out above ground destroying the soft platforms leads to a cave after descending down further is a locked door which requires a key found at the bottom to gain entry.
The next section is an upward cavern with donut blocks, spinners and Lantern Ghosts along the checkpoint ring hitting a hidden winged cloud on the left reveals a locked door continue upwards to find two paths the left path leads back to the locked door through the soft platforms while the right side has some Fangs it also where the key.
Going through the door will lead back outside after a series of large spring balls is the goal ring.
Smiley Flower Locations
Smiley Flower 1: Above the egg block at the start of the level.
Smiley Flower 2: In the first part of the cave on the left at the beginning.
Smiley Flower 3: At the very top in the upward cavern section go right to find a winged cloud over the area with the spinner hit it to reveal a coin trail and Smiley Flower use the donut blocks on the right to reach it.
Smiley Flower 4: In a hidden winged cloud on the left past the breakable platforms.
Smiley Flower 5: Before the goal ring on the left side after the second large spring ball.
