Li'l Smooch Spider is an enemy in the Yoshi (series) only appearing in Yoshi's Woolly World. It's a smaller version of Smooch Spider

Li'l Smooch Spiders are only found in Lair of the Smooch Spiders. They have two attacks. Crawling into Yoshi or trying to kiss him. To defeat it Yoshi or your design of him must throw a Yarn Ball at them, swallowing it or jumping on it.
