The Propeller Shy Guy is an enemy in the Yoshi series debuting in Yoshi's Story. They are Shy Guys that can fly via helicopter-like packs they carry on their backs.

The Propeller Shy Guy only appears in Yoshi's Story. They can appear alone or in swarms. After appearing, they can disappear and then reappear in the background and in the foreground. They are always seen carrying fruit. Propeller Shy Guys can be defeated in the same way as a Shy Guy. However, if Yoshi or his species eats the fruit the Propeller Shy Guy is carrying, it will fly off-screen.
