Super Mario World is a platform game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. This video game is the first one where Yoshi makes an appearance. Yoshi appears in green, red, blue, and yellow. Yoshi spawns from an egg at certain Random Blocks when Mario pounds one.

Notable Differences
- Princess Toadstool is called Princess Peach in this version.
- Luigi isn't a colour palette swap of Mario anymore, he has alternative pixels handles similar to Super Mario Bros. 2
- As with Super Mario Advance. There is a a re-make of the arcade Mario Bros, which also contains multiplayer support.
- Yoshi's arms aren't orange anymore.
